Hallo everybody,

lets talk about Kill rights:

Theorie:
You or someone else can get revenge for some "unlawfull" Action. You can activate the Killright and kickass the bad guy.

Practical:
Kill-Right target allways sit on a Gate or Station, activating killrights causes the target to dock or jump

Conclusion:
Kill-Rights are useless

Solution (Suggestion)
Activating a Kill-Right starts a timer, in which the target cant dock or jump.

What do you think about it?

I've caught plenty of people that had killrights on them. It's all a matter of knowing what you're doing.

If he sits on a gate, have an instalocking ship on the other side. If he's sitting on a station, try bumping him off.

Seriously, multi-accounting cant be the solution. Also bumping only works if the target is afk or stupid

Then get a friend. Eve is a multiplayer game you know
Alternatively, get a high-alpha ship and try to volley him.

Im open to a weapons timer. Can't dock or jump for one minute. But in such a case the killright doesn't activate a suspect timer. Instead it starts a limited engagement between the target and the person who activated it.

EVE FAQ "7.2 CAN I AVOID PVP COMPLETELY? No; there are no systems or locations in New Eden where PvP may be completely avoided"

Yes, this would be only fair
