What is the unanchoring timer for a medium citadel? Some people are saying 24 hours, others one week.

Never did it myself, but this support page about Citadel deployment and unanchoring says it takes 7 days.

"Decommissioning a structure is a 7 day process."

The page seems to have been updated recently and it is the official source, so information there should be correct. Even so, I'd try to confirm with someone who already did it, just to be sure.
