In a recent announcement, Inner Circle and the Sisters of Eve have granted CONCORD provision of Project Discovery. Furthering the shakeup, they have named Deep Space Research Division chief Michel Mayor as director. Perhaps a change in focus is on the horizon for citizen science.

Glad to hear it. I wasn't exactly impressed when the Sisters covertly passed a Drifter-derived technology to the empires.

I find I trust the Sisters—or pretty much anyone—more than I do CONCORD.

For once, I can wholeheartedly agree with a Goonswarm member.

The Sisters were mostly harmless. CONCORD? It's a cancer.

After Thera, after a year of silent Sister presence in Drifter systems, after a sidestepping of CONCORD and the Society to distribute a novel cloning architecture, I'm wary of them.

In a way, CONCORD is the devil we know. I'm not convinced we know everything of the Sisters.

And I say this despite having had some run-ins with Korachi.

The Sisters are an alliance of corporations. They are not, for example, an agency created by the four empires and now-gone Jove to act as an overarching government and enforcement body claiming the authority to unilaterally make decisions about our well-being and then enforce them upon us without our assent.

So, as a non-government entity, what precisely gives you the right to expect to know everything about the Sisters?

I don't know everything about the Sisters. What I know about the Sisters leads me to believe they have their own agenda, but that agenda is generally not one that I should automatically distrust.

I don't know everything about CONCORD. What I know about CONCORD leads me to believe their only agenda is power, which is an agenda I will always automatically distrust.

I wonder if the Sisters and CONCORD don't some days curse the Jove in equal measure.

Unfortunately, I see it as diametrally opposite, and I cannot agree with it.
From my point of view, it is CONCORD who are mostly harmless (provided you aren't a capsuleer who breaks their laws), and the Sisters are cancer.

It is not a secret that Sisters are cultists, who are in a good standing even with Gallente Federation! It makes SoE quite ominous entity.
