Wish we could have a better mode for manually piloting ships..

Somthing we could use a controller for.

I understand that its quite usless, as the game as fast tracking guns etc.. hard to evade hits

What if in this mode:
Greatly decrease signature
Decrease EHP, to balance out a little
Timer for activating/deactivating mode
deactivate any turrets fitted, only allow front facing static guns, so you would need to line up your shots somwhat. The guns would have very little gimballing.

maybe add a short "boost" to evade slow missiles
or allowing to fire defender missiles as point defence..

I realise that we are piloting submarines in water, but i bet it could be fun anyhow, if we could turn/react faster

Doesn't work due to the 1 second tick-rate of the servers. Your commands are only updated once a second.

Wormholer for life.

First off, this doesn't work with the way Eve as a game runs.

The server has 1-second ticks, and nothing in the game is set up to do any kind of hit detection. Trying to do hit detection would make the servers lag to **** as soon as someone fired their guns.

What this would allow is for a frigate that's going to die in one hit anyway to quite easily get under someone's guns as it burns in, then just swap back to normal once you're in range and need to hold tackle.

OP what you're describing is pretty much literally Eve Valkyrie. Go play that if you want that kind of gameplay, just you know, without the MMO, the Eve universe, or anything but the twitch gameplay you seem to want (because those two things are mutually exclusive...)
