How to set the window size under fixed window mode?

My screen size is 1366x768. Once I used a fixed window mode with a window size of 1366x740, which allows me to see the Windows bar. Today I changed to Full Screen Mode once, and when I was trying to change back to fixed window mode, I couldn't find that window size any more. All I got was 1366x768, 1360x768, 1280x768 and 1280x720 or smaller ones. I tried to redo what I'd done that time to get the 1366x740, but I failed. So what shall I do to get my preferred 1366x740 size in fixed window mode? (or better, to get whatever size in fixed window mode.)

Can't you just drag it to the size you want?

No, you can't in the FIXED window mode.
I don't use window mode because the title bar cuts the height of the game interface, then I can't get 3 rows of targets above my HUD.

Maybe wandering into fake memories, but have you taken a look at the settings files? They are a nightmare to find but the .ini file might let you set custom resolutions.

I've seen it myself, the numbers are long.. mebbe you get to know what value you need by setting at windowed mode first then exiting? Then you place in the cryptic number string at next run.

Thx. One method in that post works —— get into window mode and drag to set the window size, and then switch to fixed window mode. Just don't full screen the window.
