Character Bazaar

I am looking to buy several starter pilots. The ideal pilot will have no more than 10m SP, focused heavily in core fitting skills, shields, missiles and drones. I am willing to consider any character, but the more wasted SP there is (in either quantity or distribution), the less I'm willing to pay per skill point. This is an opportunity for those who have combat toons they don't need to extract the SP and sell the husk, as long as you distribute your extraction well. I'd pay up to 9b for the right toon.
