Time to upgrade forums?

Hello, forums have not had an update for years and its starting to show. Im using a 1440p monitor and the layout is very small. Are there plans to improve the forums at this point in time?

Please, for the love of Bob, tell me they include little things like being able to jump to the first unread post in a thread, and actually noting which threads have new posts? You know, like every other forum software on the planet.

It's both. Valkyrie's forums are the template for what they'll be doing, with some additional features and things in it.

I took a look at the Valkyrie forums, and posted comments with links about what it's like when trying to find stuff, here. The layout scales down to smaller screens, but does not take full advantage of wider ones.

I just checked them out, Valkyrie forums are ugly, flat design, and very strange fonts, i do not like it.

It's been a while and I forget what I said back then, I mostly remember pointing out flaws in these forums. still don't like the fixed width and it still eats posts all the damn time. And I took a pretty big forum break when these ones did come out, but I've come back and they have kinda grown on me, yet still I think 2/3s of my posts are still on the old forums

If small layout gives you eyestrain you can always zoom it in the browser. I use 130% in firefox.

Why avatars are so small in those Valkyrie forums? Really, why??

Why there is this not used space on the right? Who made such dumb decision to give additional progress bar there and a lot of unused space?

Ugly, hard to read font and... white on black Shocked.... that was a (terribad) thing back in the 1990s.

Not that reddit is any better. Given the design, I don't get it, why anybody is reading anything on there either.

Remove standings and insurance.
