I prefer the Caracal capstable with AB on. The missiles don't care for angular speed so you can keep the transversal high all the time. Also no signature bloom. Boils down to personal style of piloting I guess.

enter a player corp with vets that can teach you
so that you can learn faster is my suggestion.

Caracal and Moa: are 2 caldari cruisers
rapid lights: rapid light missiles launcher ~ use missiles ~ it's a type of launcher among those available
rails/blasters: railgun and blasters ~ use hybrid ammos ~ are 2 type of "hybrid launchers"

50MN microwarpdrive ~ is a type of propulsor for cruiser class ships
AB (suggested by gregorius) ~ afterburn ~ another type of propulsor (10MN is the size for cruisers)

both those ships are shield tanked

Caracal is a good choice vs Sansha. It's immune to their electronic warfare and bonuses are not locked to kinetic missiles. Sansha deal EM damage so, make sure that hole is plugged. https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Caracal

Your corporation/alliance should have a selection of recommended fits for both PVE and PVP in your region of space. Your choice of ammunition, defensive (tanking) modules and tactics will vary depending on the opposition.

This will give you a rough idea what to expect https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Sansha_Den

FW is better isk with less risk. Otherwise, rlml caracal.
