Why do not reslove tickets?

Around fanfest time, ticket times do tend to go up. It just kinda happens.

Whining about a reasonable ticket response time will get you nowhere.

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

I think (aside from Fanfest delays) response times really depend on the issue.

I've found with stuck characters, serious bugs etc the response time is awesome and well under 24h (sometimes within the hour). But with non-urgent things I've waited upwards of a week or two. I've always found ingame support to be fantastic.

Depends what the ticket is about. Some are trivial/pointless and can take weeks, some are serious and are turned around in 30 minutes.

As My Gracious Colleague so expertly pointed out, during Fanfest CCP is running on a skeleton crew.

A reminder, tickets are answered in the order they are created. No cherry picking!

And posting on the forums does not speed up, slow down or change the speed of said process in the slightest.
