If you quit EVE today what would you do with all your isk/assets?

Glad you had a good run, OP Kind of sorry to see you go, but understand you have decided it's time. If I decided to stop EvE I'd probably just give out my stuff quickly without much bother, and then biomass my characters. "Burn the ships, no sailing back" Maybe I'd do something creative like Tippia did, but likely won't mess with doing such. I'm not ready to call it yet, but when the time to stop comes, it will most likely be like that. All the best to you!

Give to Chribba, in an transaction where you clearly mark it 'please forward to next Plex for Good Drive'.

This is the best - just shut it off. I quit once and gave away the 5b isk I had in my wallet. My trillions!

Donate to the AG leaders so they can supply freighter bumper or wreck ganking Talos's to people prepared to do this, as they do not get any ISK for doing this and the line members do not have the means either, so that the gankers have a challenge and will cry a lot. Sorry to see you go and glad to hear you are largely recovered from your injuries.

When the going gets tough the Gankers get their CSM rep to change mechanics in their favour.

Yeah. Me too.

Though I might sell me so that the community wouldn't be deprived of Mr Epeen. Love me or hate me, I'm an iconic forum character and it just wouldn't feel right to biomass me.

Hell I appreciate your posting, you are only allowed to leave when the game shuts down!!!!!! P

I would put all my assets to bounty for big alliance if I quit EVE.

Fly safe where ever you go.

Damn, he has seen trough me. I was prepared to give him back most stuff to fuel his addiction when his sense returned.

I should refine my technique until it becomes more subtle.

Before you do think of this as I had a similar thought, years ago I had to deal with lots and had no time, my intention was to do the same, I did give away my fortune, but held off on the bio massing cause although I was committed just as you are it was something that could wait (bio massing), as the characters stay as they are forever.

Always pursue what is real and important, but always leave that special 'keepsake' in your attic, its who we are, it says something about us, and if we know it's there we can always pull it out a reminisce which is not such a bad thing to have.

Good luck in your pursuits.

First of all, thank you for your service.

EVE Online is like the company.
Once you offered them your services for a fee,
they will come back for your services whenever they see fit.,
even after you quit.

Also, nobody quits EVE. People log off and come back later even if it takes a while.

I thought about quitting after few months playing, I lost so much stuff flying is space that I thought it does not have much sense playing because I will lost everything what I will earn, but then I thought about all these treasures and ISK in space waiting for me and I stayed hoping to git gud. Now I have 3 years paid Omega time and 24 PLEX in redeem system and I am not planning on leaving.

Throw a party!

Each Christmas/New Year's I throw a party in my original starter system. Fireworks, snowballs. I do it every night until I run out of supplies. Somewhere between 4 and 7 nights, usually.

New players come out, ask questions, enjoy the show. They engage with another player, or players if there is a crowd watching, and learn there are other ways of enjoying EVE besides mining or industry or shootouts or exploration.

I know Rupee Rue usually has a variation of this in Dodixie with a ship, so pilots can get a killmail, over the holidays.

So, have a party! With your funds, you could have a party to end all parties. Fund fabulous party favors, for all attending. Talk with the guys who show up to participate and relive your memories, the good and the bad.

Tell your story.....one last time.

I never quit permanently so I keep my stuff. But I like to make it rain isk for random new bros I help once in a while with 10-50 mil stipends to help them get a foot hold.

Invest it all in brass, copper, electrum, silver, gold, diamond palladium Tags. That way when CCP introduce terrestrial minerals I will be worth tens maybe hundreds of millions of ISK.. I will return and rule the uvinerses!!!

A long time ago in a system far, far away I was seriously tempted to biomass this char.
Hopefully, one corp member (SpoonBender79) said: STOP you fool. You will regret it.
And I certainly would.
Because now, whenever I need to get my EvE fix I resub and log in. Sometimes for week, sometimes for months.
Click and and I am back. With all my skills, ships and ISK.
Otherwise I would need to grind all crappy things again.
So, if you have urge to stop playing or delete your char, just log off for some time.
Because noone will care if you quit or ragequit. Noone will notice if you self-destruct into supernova with your super,
after reprocessing all your stuff.
If you ever cared about EvE - you will be back.
If you not - you wouldn't ask this question :)

Just write CCP an email and say you want RL money for your in-game ISK. I mean, that will totally happen since like 98% of Eve gamers believe in-game isk has RL monetary value, so lucky you, you are a rich man (in RL, lol).

I too wonder if I would want to return, I guess biomassing takes away the temptation to some degree, can you imagine having to start again.

I think I would donate all my ISK and assets to various causes, maybea chunk to "the magic school bus", the rest amongst people that help new people in game. I may even contact someone to organise an event like destroy a capital ship, I cannot fly one so I would have to get someone else to do it.

Leave them as they are. I've taken breaks and thought I wasn't going to play anymore. Then a year or so later I'm back to some degree. I'm not the type to rage quit... so sans rage I don't know why I'd get rid of anything.
