Eve taking up extra harddrive space when open

So ive just come back to game and updated everything and when i come to plat my harddrive starts filling up.
This is only when the game is open and running but it just increased my hdd size, can actually see where it is increasing it

anyone know what is going on?
it fills up pretty fast can only go for maybe 30mins before it fills the rest of my hdd, then it just disappears when i close the game.

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled but still get the same issue

What are your system specs?? How much RAM do you have??
How do you not know what virtual memory is?
