Is it possible to delete an Overview settings saved in the Export folder?

Will it cause damage to the Overview structure if deleted from there?

Is there another way to delete or remove it from the list without causing any damage to it?

Like, is there a way to open the list ingame and right-click it to remove one saved Exported Overview Settings?

I kept trying to do that for over 30 minutes before my dentist appointment and it's twitching but it seems stuck in overload mode and doesn't want to process or display the result on the monitor.

No, you can delete the whole saved profile only.

Do it ingame through the overview settings. Then when you have deleted the bits you want, re-save the whole overview.

Yes, through the overview settings.

You may have to clear the cache files to remove any file names from the ingame list.

Maybe you're misinterpreting me a bit when you mention:

I did not mean to delete bits of one Overview setting name, but to delete the whole Overview Setting.
For example:
I saved one Overview as:
"SaraShawa Overview Pack v9.1 pt6"
but, I wanted to save it as:
"SaraShawa Overview v9_1" instead.

I could not delete the saved Overview :
"SaraShawa Overview Pack v9.1 pt6"

and would have to delete it from the Windows Overview (sub)folder instead,
which you mentioned would delete the whole profile.
What do you mean by the whole saved profile?
Do you mean that it is the whole Overview setting?

btw, I was late 30 minutes to my dentist appointment and was diagnosed with a hereditary disease which requires to be cured for me to solve the hereditary problem caused , whether it was caused by drugs, poison or other biomedical conditions.

Also, if there is a problem with the definition of the term Overview Setting,
as to compared to , let's say, the whole profile only,
may I suggest that it would not only be beneficial to clarify the terms definition to avoid and prevent confusion,
but also that it would probably solve the problem.

I wasn't misinterpreting you, I simply misunderstood you. Which to be fair is very easy to do.

To do what you want, the only way I know how is through the documents folder. As far as I know it can't be done in game.

I was 10 mins late for the butchers because I'm a vegetarian and I didn't really want to go to the place where the dead animals are sold, but the dog really wanted some pig ears.
