I send this character the isk, and an eve mail with the account name, then you initiate the character transfer to my account after you pull the money out of character.

CCP manages the process to ensure no fraud happens. Please be aware there is a transfer fee ($20 or 2 PLEX).

Still interested? (I'd like to know BEFORE I send the isk :-) )
