Observatory of the Criminal Fact : prize for personality of the year.

Observatory of the Criminal Fact will attribute its usual annual prize to the personality of the year rewarded with 0.5 billion ISK for actions against world of criminality.

Candidates may apply sending their arguments to General Inspector Sir XeX Znndstrup.
Candidacy application period will start on 01/02/2017 and finish on 05/04/2017.
This personality will be announced during fanfest time on this post (07/04/17 this year).

Twelve judges of The Law Organization decided.

Prize will be offered this year to LVVTD.
For her brilliant service record as an agent of order and her numerous fallings as a soldier in the line of duty.

However, this year, we will make an exception.
We want to offer two merits.

First, for Vimsy Vortis as a mercenary able to fight against evil.
He will have 100 000 ISK for that.
He should demand it by mail to Lead Prosecutor XeX Znndstrup.

We never forget that our first mission is to educate some candidates toward paths of light.
Even if we are not sure that Noragen Neirfallas isn't one of the biggest bastards of New Eden, we admit he may fight sometimes also against the worse of the worse.
He may mail to Sir Znndstrup to get a full credit of 1 ISK.
