Concord Ship Redesign?! :D

Who else saw what looked to be sleek new redesigns for the Concord Pacifier and Enforcer on EVE Updates a few days ago? It is likely important to mention that I recall see this while viewing updates.eveonline.com on April Fool's Day... by the quality and completeness of the ingame renders for these ships, they surely can't be something that won't at least be released somewhere in EVE Online. They looked friggin AWESOME!! @_@!! *feels the hype*

Just moments ago I went to see if there was any new info on them or anything else, but the "April 6th Gathering" section is back to showing the same old, tired and true blocky Concord ships in the update about their Fanfest 2017 rewards...

Was this an unintended leak of a Concord ship redesign? Was this an April Fools joke to cause certain people's sanity to be brought into question? ;P Or were these sleek pale blue ship design visuals for different ships entirely??
