Can I see Account Profile without clicking cog?

My current monitor setup requires different account profiles for each screen. I have the different profiles set up, but because I switch the main account and second account regularly, I'm wondering if it is possible to display current account profile that each account will log in using without clicking the profile cog each time? Can I just see the account profile listed next to the account?
