I am a solo player that has begun manufacturing in earnest and am looking to expand my operations. To do this I seek investors on a project by project basis. I manufacture from components or from raw depending on how large the project is. I track my accounts and estimates by my own means and I do not use IskPerHour (Even though it is a stunning tool).

I am a studying bookkeeper IRL and have seriously enjoyed setting up a personalised Excel workbook to manage my operations from invention to manufacture and freighting to market. I have collated my first month's earnings in a report that is viewable here.

Keep in mind that these earnings have come about from 1.5 bill in capital, ONE industrialist character, one hauler alt and a focus primarily on one market (Tech II Frigs). I have five alt slots that I am training for specialised production in other areas.

I am looking to establish connections with investors to whom I would like to offer payouts as follows.

Projects below 200 million ISK
- 14 Day return of 5%
i.e project cost of 192,000,000 = 201,600,000 two weeks later paid in full.

Projects between 200 - 500 million ISK
- 21 Day return of 6%

Projects above 500 million ISK
- 28 Day return of 7%

As you can see, a higher cost project does mean a slower pay out but a larger one.

Upon beginning a project I will be happy to tell you what your money is going towards and show you where in production your investment is up to.

In some cases if the stock has moved, I will be able to offer an early pay out. I can guarantee though that regardless of stock moving or not you will receive your 14,21, or 28 day payout arranged on commencement.
