well the way that the toon was extracted left the toon in a state that even tho has the exhumer skill trained he doesn't have the prereq skills to even fly the skiff. He needs 33 days of additional training. You wanna fix this?

Their nothing I can do at this point to help mate rules 6 + 7 protect me in this case.
Plus CCP wont refund me the moving fee for any toon or I would refund the iskes and resale the toon.

6. The sell post must reflect the character correctly, posting that the character you're selling has more skillpoints or ISK than it actually has is a bannable offence. Similarly, a seller must disclose whether jump clones are located in 0.0, lowsec or highsec space and may for example not claim the character for sale character is able to fly ship X or Y when that is clearly not the case.

7. You may not extract skillpoints from a character after it has been advertised for sale. Character sales threads must accurately represent the character's state. Extracting skill after a character has been advertised for sale will be considered character sales scamming, and reprimands will be issued as such.

I can confirm that he is a reliable Seller. I have purchased some of his Characters in the last Thread and all were exactly like they were advertised on the Character Bazaar.

Please review the Skills of the Character you want to purchase more carefully next time. There was clearly no mistake made by the Seller.

well i understand ive read the rules but its a matter of ethics. when your in business sometimes you got to reach in your pocket for a mistake an offer of an injector or two would have be nice.

Why should the Seller pay for a mistake he clearly did not made? From my point of view you have purchased a Character that was not advertised to be an Exhumer Pilot but an extracted Character. So there is no need to "fix" something.

If you do not Review the Skillsheet of a Character close enough its your own fault so you will have to fix it on your own like everybody else on the Character Bazaar. Please stop blaming People for nothing and better invest some Time in training the missing Skills.

did not state that it was an extracted character from before the patch where you can suck out skills needed for advanced skills trained. And it is called Ethics i wasn't throwing any words around like scammer or false advertising. I merely asked if he would fix. It was a conversation between seller and buyer tbh. Although your input isn't restricted its clearly biased and a lil uninformed on the history of trading between human beings. He could have merely said no "publicly" for all to see how he runs his business. That is the point of the post i didn't expect to get anything. I created the situation to give the oppurtunity to show how he conducts business.

I gave you my answer mate. This is not a business. Just a few toons I had around over the years. Back in the day when people would use 10 miners in the belts.
