Has anyone tried booking tours through Reykjavik Excursions?

I am trying to book through the CCP partnership link (so i get a big discount) found on the fanfest site but i am unable to pay. I keep getting this non descript "not authorized" message. I emailed them, and they pretty much said "**** you and the discount, pay through the main website". When i called them, they pretty much told me the same thing, and that the error message i am getting doesn't exist. Is this a conspiracy so they don't lose money through discounts? Has anyone else tried booking? Anyone have success?
