Hello, I am new to the game. As I am about to sub I entered my real name and birth date in order to make sure the contract is legal. My question is: Can anybody on the internet find out your real name and birth date from your EVE account?

You further agree that in the event of a failure in the Game, the System and/or the Software, CCP may provide crash dump information (which is information on the state of the System when a crash occurs, and may include your User Data) to third parties under suitable confidentiality restrictions in order to review analyze and provide reports on such information to determine the cause or correction of the failure.

Normal people in game? No.

Hackers/normal IT security stuff? Anything you put into any computer could be compromised. If you aren't trying to hide anything, don't worry about it.

Setup 2 factor authentication on your account. It's painless since Eve can be told to "trust" the computer you normally use to play the game but, any attempt to login from a different computer and they will email or text a numeric code that you need to enter in addition to your password to login. It greatly improves the security of your account.
