Out of Pod Experience

I have not....

I saw a blimp once that was flying a little to close to the ground, but that is about it. Since the ghost thread has received more responses then I thought it would, I figure I'd ask this question next. Again, no I have never seen one.





But I do work as a Physical therapist, and have been doing that kind of work for seven years and counting. I see people from every profession and walk of life, including my fair share of pilots. I take the time to ask them a about their job because aeronautics has always fascinated me. After I get that out of the way, I move on to the actual question that I had in mind to ask them "have you ever seen a UFO?"

To my growing interest, I'd say about 80-90% have a story to tell. Especially the big airline pilots.





Personally, I am not really on board with the flying saucer, government conspiracy, tin foil wizard hat crowd. I have never seen anything that made me think that it was a UFO or an alien. Most things I have seen on TV or on the Internet can be easily debunked, say for a very select few. Like a certain UFO that shut down the Chinese airport. That being said, in this day and age we are living in a world where a few collage kids at MIT could rig an weather balloon with some lights and send it off near an airport for the lulz. So my opinion is reserved on this subject, and I have a healthy dose of skepticism.


But then again, I wasn't interested in hearing about ghosts either until a voice called to me from inside of an empty house. So TBH who the hell knows.

This is a have you ever seen anything that made you think it could be of extraterrestrial origin? I personally have not.

First of all, need to qualify that I consider a UFO literally by its description - an Unknown/Unidentified Flying Object. I refuse to make judgements on what an actual UFO could be, in particular after seeing what Lockheed's done with their stealth planes over the decades - Blackbird and Nighthawk being the most 'out there.'

With that out of the way...

-> I have not yet seen anything that can't be explained easily. Not yet seen anything that would even require a complex explanation (borderline UFO), would be interesting though.

-> I know a couple friends who have seen things which are currently not explainable. The main one being the type of object that goes from a standstill to past the horizon in less than a second; G forces would normally kill the occupant(s).

I am not implying anything. People think they see flying saucers flown by little green men... I however have never seen such a thing. So you're over thinking it.
