I think you need to work on the numbers, compared to the alternatives these don't seem very balanced. I appreciate that you appear to want to work on boosters, but perhaps a targeted advertising campaign to increase the current ones we have would improve uptake, and then from there you can see if new types are needed.

Though I have to applaud the Federation for managing to achieve gender equality for their homeless.

That's a whole other kettle of fish... can you imagine if you made boosters out of old corpses and a side effect was a 30% chance to swap your red / blue lists in the overview if the person whos corpse that was used to make the booster belonged to the opposite side?
