I use EvEDroid Beta. It's buggy as heck and it updates fairly infrequently so it's a bit out of date ATM, but it's handy if you have the patience to deal with the crashes.

O.smium.org is a good website I use on my phone for fittings. Lil figity on a phone but it's good because all my fits are there on the website when I sit at my computer
