Please confirm that the Standup M-Set Structure Manufacturing Material Efficiency rig affects the manufacturing material efficiency of items such as:

Standup Cloning Center
Structure Docking Bay
Do Little
Bluenose Trading

The info sheet for the rig provides that information:

"The Standup M-Set Structure Manufacturing Material Efficiency I rig provides a means for structure operators to decrease material requirements when manufacturing structure components, structure modules, Upwell structures, starbase structures and fuel blocks in their Upwell structures."

Modules (cloning canter) and components (docking bay) are both listed.
