What are the rules for changing citadel vulnerability window?

Looking at the "Edit Vulnerability Schedule" in the structure browser, 'This Week' calendar has a lock, but 'Next Week' calender is open.

1) Does this mean you can adjust the next vulnerability window past 7 days?

For example, if last vulnerability was on Monday can I set the next vulnerability to a week from Friday (2 Fridays from now)?

2) Is there a minimum amount of time between vulnerability changes? For example, once per week?
