Now as I conclude this thread I must say, yes I am lucky enough to have met with an agent and recently another who are both polite and courteous, I have seen other who just demand the money and laugh at misfortune, hell they post it to their website. What's funny though is that the logs are edited so that anyone who supports their victim is removed, that was shown when they posted a chat where an orca miner was on a rant for quite some time, in the comments someone posted a link to a more complete conversation where others defended him and of course ridiculed the CODE.
Well James I have to hand it to your team they know how to work a good propaganda machine.

Well step back and at least appreciate what has been done here, James 315 worked hard and created a working turn key business, after gaining the needed followers that of course do this for fun and follow through with the directives they simply send the money they make from donations permits and salvage up, it goes all the way up and ISK is disseminated down to pay for new ships to replace the old ones lost by suicide ganking. But this isn't expensive as the scout ships usually get away and the gank ships are very cheap to replace and fit. With all his followers in place all James has to do is sit at the top and collect like the capstone to a well oiled pyramid scheme.

Creative, and it fills the needs of gamers who like getting victory points without risking a lot while also creating a community of them to feel as part of a team. One must actually step aside and think why do they always win, well when you think how its done, my case being a perfect example, its very hard to stop them from doing it.

A scout finds a miner, warps in and checks how things are, the miner does not warp away. Scout sets up nearby and send location, suicide ganker warps in, webbifier gets used, miner is stuck a few good hits takes him out and then concord shows up takes out the ganker. That whole process can be done in minutes with the actual gank being less than 30 seconds. After the kill is made the scout retrieves salvage and warps out, selling for a profit which is then sent up through the ranks and BINGO. James has yet another payday. Looking at the Killmail you can see this being repeated almost every five minutes.

Funny sounds like its just them doing the same routine to mine the miners.
CORRECT: although I am not the first one to make that assessment ass it was posted even to their own website just recently.
That's right the miner haters are actually acting just like repetitive robot miners simply log in kill salvage send a payment notice and repeat.

And all the while James 315 sits atop his pyramid and cares nothing for the grinding his agents are doing nor the suffering of the "carebear" miners, no he is getting paid daily whether he logs in at all.

Now a lot of the CODE players state the same thing that if miners are not regulated then the price of ore would simply become worthless. Well that's no problem for me since I would purchase the ore very cheaply and build new items to sell for even less in the market place undercutting competition, miners who don't make profit will either move into new areas of the game or simply put up with the low pay. But whats great about the market system is that's how a real market system works, when the supply is high and demand is low the product, in this case ore, gets cheaper and seeing as how this is the very building blocks of all items in EVE that means more goods can be built for less money therefor you get a more competitive market for items meaning prices on ships ammo weapons and so on goes down. WOW, So Catalysts could be made even cheaper? YES

Removing the very miners is like removing the real life miners from the market, resources get scarce and prices go up because builders now must raise their prices to compensate for the resources.

Whoa there, there could be yet another scheme of our dear friend James, Is he by chance trying to dominate a market. Possibly.

But unfortunately James may never actually see the fruits of his labor if his plan is to control the market, you see older players leave EVE for a variety of reasons, new players join EVE to replace them, however with new players starting out and finding a well organized mafia like organization shaking them down for ISK and blowing up ships that they have yet to even fully realize then well they leave the game, less new players joining and staying on to pay the subscriptions less money the company makes the less they can spend on server maintenance and upgrades the sooner EVE will be shut down for not being a cost effective enterprise.

BUT THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!

I constantly hear that one but no it will happen, its all a matter of time, and with new players being told of how its hard to do the easiest of careers in EVE now because a player based organization makes it hard well then my friend when EVE shuts its servers down and CODE gets all its accolades for going out on TOP, they will still remember EVE and say: "If only it lasted a little longer." So regardless of how much they win, they will eventually lose. And if they continue to win, That loss is snowballing towards them at an ever increasing rate.
