Skills bugged after PLEX

My character was able to fly a Serpentis rat fit VNI with 737 drone DPS and cap stable previous to me letting my account time run out from a credit card to switch over to using PLEX. In that time period, my account went alpha for about half a day and then after PLEXing my account, the ship my character is in is now bugged and shows that it has only 1 minute and 50 seconds of cap and 269 DPS with T2 Wasp drones. Fit is the same and my character has not lost skill points, used a skill extractor or been changed in any way by my own actions.

I've changed ships, refitted my ship, logged out multiple times and undocked and docked. Nothing changes this bug.
