EDIT: bumped it from 6 to 7 upon review because of the glow on the back cheek. That's not bad. I would try toning down the gloss of the lips? It gives it a shine that could work well normally, but the whole effect is to make the lighting look much worse at first impression than, perhaps, it appears upon closer review.

Overall, a good portrait. The armor looks good with the background, pose and expression work hard, and send a no nonsense message... which will go unheeded by non-sense generators, to their own undoing.

The lighting and colors are really nice, but the armor is kind of blah. The only thing that seems fun about it is his face.

The background works well with your pose and clothing, add the shades onto that and you look like you're ready for a fight, although it does have somewhat of a generic feel to it.

The pose and setting works well, but the mouth gives me a weird impresion, as if you were sad rather than stern. In the context of the pose, scarrs and et cetera, it looks funny. The dress, that would cost the fortunes of 100 planetside rich men... you wear it as casually as if it were a tee-shirt, portrait not over done, good colors and a faintly cat like attitude seems to peek out. Perhaps Jin-Mei? Maybe tweek the background for a better silhouette, but again the soft edges are kind of nice too.

Pretty good!

I think shoulders slightly more angled away from camera would help, but apart from that, it's pretty groovy !
Does give the toon a suitable amount of character though Twisted
