Toon is available to fly Oneiros, Logistics at lvl 5

TOON WAS SKILLED TOWARDS MOROS, and it's on his halfway to get it.

Toon was used mostly in wormholes, as a recon ships with availability to catch and kill or gank. Because of character of flying in the holes, toon was skilled in various way to make some money, to mine gas, to find holes for sale, but mostly too kill an enemy and harvest what left from him :)
