Anyone at CCP a live? I can not log on to the test server STILL

Do the DEV even read post?

I've tried everything I can do log on to the test server for about 3 months now and STILL haven't got ANY INFO on why the **** I have this http://imgur.com/a/aZKrC

I haven't been able to login to SIS since November. Not quite the same thing as you, but I bet its related I get a white box in the centre with a "The operation timed out" message.

I bug reported it on 30/11/2016, it took nearly two weeks for any response which was "clear your cache". I did that and replied right back, it then took until 17/2/2017 for ANY response.

By that time I had given up checking the bug report system which of course led to CCP closing the report .. Evil

So yeah, don't get your hopes up.

Just in case any CCP does read this thread ..

Pretty sure they could care less for player satisfaction on sisi, which is really sad, because it's a great place to test fits, etc. From getting on sisi and getting a sneak peak of what eve is like again, i've resubbed 3 times. It seems like they use the testing server strictly around their agenda and could care less as to what happens as long as it's not broken and they get their mass test done every month. It also seems to be focused on the "rich get richer" concept. Players that have player a long time can extract all their skills, wait 14 days, and come back duplicating their skill amount. A player with 100m sp could come back in 14 days and have 195m sp. Players with high enough SP can also build titans/s carriers and after 16 days of building, turn around and trade it for another 50-100m sp (going rate from what i've seen). While Newer players are stuck with what they have.

On regards to replies, I'm pretty sure they don't have anyone on staff that works on sisi/forum. I've never seen CCP on the server other than during mass tests, and they take a week to reply to forum posts if it's a easy copy/paste answer. Even then, you're lucky to ever get a reply.

They do read this forum, just oddly enough TQ is slightly higher priority.
Sisi regularly gets 'reset' so anyone trying to 'get rich' on it is just being silly.

And given that Sisi works for a lot of other people, chances are it's an issue on your end, like your firewall blocking it. It 'could' be something on the server that's super duper weird of course. But chances on them finding something that weird are low and lengthy.

A few months ago i was able to login with no issue and now i cant..
I don't see how my FIrewall Blocking it as i've made no change to it.

............ i have and can not find any info as to WHY it's doing it.. and I've DONE a dug report and got nothing back, I have ASKED for a reactive on the test server (even though my acc always been active), I've tried everything i know, but nothing.

it's been what 3-4 months and 2 mirrors and still can not logon.
I dont get how 1 day I can logon and test fits for lvl 5 mission and the then next day I can not. Then go 3-4 month and 2 mirrors and nothing..

I even uninstall and reinstall EVE online and still can not

And there is no way we are going to be able to even start to help you here if all you say is "I can't log in".
If you give us exact error's someone else may have experienced something similar and be able to suggest something.
But I'm still going with it being something on your end. Are you on a network, did windows update, etc.

Your not going to get a response. CCP does not offer individual support for Singularity. It is offered as is.

Ok, now what have you tried changing to resolve this.
What are your settings on the launcher like.
Are you logged into EVE account management or forums at the same time.
Have you cleared your internet browser cache and then tried logging in via the launcher (Since it's basically a web browser with very specific destinations as I understand).
Have you deleted your EVE settings files (which may not have been deleted on an uninstall). Note, back them up first if you do.

Like I said, information. A single image is not helpful for looking at things unless someone has had exactly the same problem.

EVE Launcher are set to Default.

I've was never logged on the Forums until after this started happening. I never happen this issues before so there was never a need to be logged on the forums.
Yup Cleared the Cache

as for deleting the setting as far as i know yes i did.. I did a search a of everything EVE on my pc and removed it.

and like i've said .. one day i could log on the test server.. 24 hrs later i couldn't. Made zero change. I don't what else to tell you.

i also have a laptop and not even the laptop can log on the test server

so that's two pc that can not log onto the test server

When was the last time you reset your modem.
Have you tried on a friends PC that is near you and did that work.
Because it very much sounds like something about your network is causing issues. I don't know why that would be.
I assume this is a home network right?

Edit: Also along that line, have you tried with the laptop on a different network.
My launcher also doesn't have ignore certification errors ticked so you could try removing that, but I'd be surprised if it's that.

Have you tried just logging in without the launcher? You can still do that on sisi even though I think it's disabled on tq. You just need to follow the old connection steps:

1) Go to your eve's sharedcache/sisi/bin folder (by default C:\Program Files\EVE Online\SharedCache\sisi\bin)
2) Right click "exefile.exe" and choose "Create shortcut"
3) Right click the newly created shortcut and select "Properties"
4) In the "target" field, append "/server:singularity /noconsole" to the end, outside any existing quotations if applicable.*
5) Start eve via the shortcut and log in.

So we just rolled out a fix that is not directly targeted at this issue, but might fix it nontheless. Could you please try to login to Sisi again, OP (restart launcher first)?
