RUS (original): Ниже представлена история аренды системы XT-1E0 у альянса Cohortes Triarii.
Началось всё с оплаты системы на четыре месяца. Через два месяца и несколько дней корпорацию удалили из альянса без всяких предупреждений. Игроки вошедшии в игру оказались в космосе без возможности зайти на станцию.
Корпорация написала письмо рент. менеджеру Cohortes Triarii с просьбой пояснить ситуацию.
Не получив быстрого ответа, корпорация подобрала другую систему для проживания, получила ответ от рент. менеджера, оплатила систему, подала заявку на вход в новый альянс.
За четыре часа до вступления корпорации в новый альянс со мной связался Crazy Udan.
Почти вся дальнейшая переписка представленна на скриншотах.
Итог: Корпорация заплатив за четыре месяца прожила в системе два и была удалена из альянса,
система была сдана другой корпорации более чем за месяц до окончания оплаченного периода без предупреждения.
Предложенное решение по передаче прав аренды и оставшегося времени аренды в другую корпорацию было проигнорированно.

ENG (translated): This is a story about a corporation which rented XT-1E0 system. The owner of the system is the Cohortes Triarii alliance.
First, the rent was paid for 4 months in advance. After two months and a couple of days the corporation was kicked from the alliance without any warnings.
The players who logged in turned out to be in space, being unable to dock.
The corporation contacted the alliance's renting manager via in-game mail and asked him to make it clear.
They didn't receive the answer quickly and found another system to live in. Then the answer was received, but the corporation paid for the new system and applied to join the new alliance.
Crazy Udan contacted me 4 hours before we joined it. The following correspondence is almost completely shown on the screenshots.

As a result, the corporation lived only 2 months in the system instead of prepaid 4, and was kicked from the alliance.
Their system was leased out to another corporation without any warnings over one month before the end of the time.
The offer to transfer the tenant right and the time left to another corporation was ignored.

Go fight them. Don't tolerate renters being disrespected and go show them how much respect renters really deserve.

Renting is the worse thing you could ever do in eve. Shocked if you choose to rent you deserve to be f-d over truthfully renting is a new eve scam and ccp wont do anything about it

Yeah, that's a sad story and definitely not cool.

It's a hard lesson that validates the age old meme, never trust anyone. Especially since there's no CCP enforced game options available to ensure both party's honor agreements for renting Null Sec Systems.

Your Corporation could probably make a lot more ISK homesteading a W-hole system. Definitely be a lot easier to patrol and control and you wouldn't have to deal with any lying backstabbing scam alliances.

The whole thing reminds me of gambling. As my old pappy use to say, 'You pays yer money and takes yer chances.'

Looks like those renters were shown more respect than they deserve, as they were only kicked out after 2 months.

Instead of pissing off the forum mods for some vague reason why don't you remove that link and replace it with the following words
