EVE Launcher Refusing to let me Log in.

I first wrote about this Launcher issue in this thread as I didn't know that there was an EVE Launcher forum:
"Launcher Does Not Display The Username and Password Input Fields."
In the
"Issues, Workarounds & Localization"
subforum of the
"EVE Technology and Research Center forum".

The EVE Launcher Refusing to let me Log in.
The display for the input field is blank.

I have tried many things which I will later write about,
but this is the 2nd time that this occurs to me.

The first time that this happened, I then managed to find a way to get EVE to log in anyways.
This time, the fix that I had found then is not functioning as it seems to have been modified.

Is there a way to reset the launcher to work, or are there specific Flash Player files which are in the launcher that causes it to malfunction on my laptop video card driver, which have a hard time to be updated due to software license issues with Windows Vista and Windows 7 upgrade, and the hardware configuration of my specific system.
Technically, it does have the hardware to run it, however, the Vista OS left traces of code which the new updates are not compatible with and gives error signal when trying to update.

This occurs in one other game at this time, which is Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction.
The system simply does not have the driver to load the program, however, that program only works with specific video card chip which are not the same as my current internal video card in the laptop.

It seems it would be easier with another hardware system, and use my other video card for it.
I currently have a desktop which would work, however, the hard disk on that system shows as disconnected and doesn't read the OS to boot up.
I need one of 2 physical metal IBM key to open the locked external metal casing which key I cannot find at this time yet.
It may be easier to buy an $85 circular saw and cut the casing open to fix the internal part of that system, and , possibly the 1 GB VRAM low-profile video card inside.
(I can also then transfer the hard disk data that I want to keep, whether for copyright registration of my own writing like programs or system analysis and designs descriptions, or other.)

Should I try to reinstall EVE Online on this system, or try to install it on a 32 GB free USB external storage data stick device?
Will it make no difference due to the current video setup on my laptop , which , if the launcher is requiring drivers refusing to load on my system, will not work. ?

Edit:
The first instance of this case was back in

10 Nov 2016

Edit 2:
However,
be reminded about this,

(false suggestions)
and also that the previous case was not the same, although that there are some similarities between the 2 instances.

I do have a lot more files on this, and I copied them before Removing EVE Online from the system I am trying to run it from.

I am installing EVE Online on a USB storage device, so that I can test it from another system and,
verify if my laptop video driver partly are the cause of the problem on this laptop, as to why the EVE Launcher failed.

Additionally, there was a security file found which I will not add the name of at this time in this forum, but which I still do have the name of (unpublished here).

Furthermore, while trying to copy the EVE Online folder, before removing it, one of the EVE Online folder files was not possible to be copied.
It is a special file, like some sort of engineering file.
However, once trying to start EVE Online from that new copied to folder, the same special file was created into the newly copied folder where the special was not originally copied to.
It also created the same condition on the launcher , which , btw, even if running an older version of the launcher, still retrieved the new launcher data from the EVE Online online server through the internet.

+ I managed to install EVE Online on a USB, however, once the launcher is run, it tries to download the latest launcher update.

I am concerned that if the Launcher update does upload that the same problem as in this image:
http://imgur.com/a/4sDay

will occur again, as it may be how it occurred on the other system (laptop) .

The launcher pop-up refuses to stop when pressing Cancel or the Top-Right red [X].
The (not responding) message shows up which is signal return linked to the hardware processor system as part of the Windows Operating System.

And then, again, after trying to restart the launcher.
This time, the damage was already done, and the launcher was updated, and still has no input field.

Finally, after managing to install EVE Online on my laptop system for the 2nd time,
after first having managed to install EVE Online on my USB device ,
and then copying it from the USB device back onto the laptop (in a matter of a few minutes).
It does read a lot faster from the USB device to the laptop than it does read from itself and write back onto itself.

Anyways,
here are the 2 images of the process above in that imgur link which has 2 images .

1.
The first is the top one, which occurred after login in while still in the previous launcher version.
This only occurs for 30 seconds after the program is launched with the same 30 seconds pop-up as of last
10 Nov 2016

2.
Second one is the actual logged in status on the new launcher version, without the input field not being compatible with the hardware/software system combination

I can also link an image of the Vista driver problem which does occur quite often, it's not just a constant thing, but it has 2 or 3 types of occurrence, one of which is however permanent.

I can get more later, for until this update is ongoing , until the next one comes up, which should usually be a few days, it could even be tomorrow morning during the update.

(Also note that, I do have an appointment in some 2 to 4 hours with federal researchers working in both Canada and the USA at this time, as well as having company(ies) branches in other countries of the planet.)

Edit:
It failed again.

Edit 2:
EVE Time: 2017.03.26 14:14
It worked on the second log in attempt after logging out and logging back in.

Edit 3:
EVE Time: 15:21
After login off to log in to another account with the X key,
the launcher again returned to the previous state it was in
without displaying the input field.
I should have tried to add another account first instead, as, if one Alpha account would work,
it would be enough for me to add the previous Omega clone account back.

Edit 4:
EVE Time: 18:08
After trying another time, the launcher refuses to activate the Login system.
It's stalled in Please Wait... mode.
It even has a hard time to open the launcher while the program is displayed in the system tray.
