I've played quite a lot this week (52 hours actually), and I have burned out from exploration. What are some fun (and likely counterproductive towards my wallet) things to do, ingame hobbies, or unconventional ways to make ISK?

Going outside is widely considered a good idea these days Pirate

Take a break, get some rest, eat a good meal and the next time you log into the game, pace yourself. This game is a marathon, not a sprint.

As for what else to do, most will probably say go do some PvP action.

Personally my main career path is exploration but to keep from getting burned out, I mix it up by running some missions and or do some invention, some manufacturing and of course do some trade / market content as well.

Hell, one time just to mix things up a bit, I took my Force Recon Cruiser fit for cloak, speed and agility to Null Sec (Great Wildlands) and ended up staying there for 2 weeks playing Cat & Mouse with the Russians. Course I was the Mouse and they were the Cat trying every trick in the book to catch me.

Thanks to them I learned a lot about traveling and surviving in Null Sec space during those 2 weeks.

The general consensus so far is that the fact you have played for 52 Hours this week is a bigger issue than your "in game" boredom. EvE community so much cooler than other games Cool

Maybe next week you could spend 52 hours finding a job.

If you're disabled i'm sorry Lol

Same advice. You play that much, especially doing one thing you burn out, quit playing eve & go on to the next thing and you will burn out on that too. Go to the movies, take a walk, play eve, call your mother etc. and you can have fun playing for years. At the rate you are going, you'll quit next month poo-pooing EvE saying it's too boring.

You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friends nose. Unless you podded them...and collected their corpse.

Have you checked out things like Planetary Interaction, researching BPO's? Oh fun things? Big smile Buy a few bundles of Kestrels and do the Suitonia thing in nullsec!

you should try twisting your scrotum in various directions and feedback with some results.
of particular interest is the contrasting feel between a clockwise twist and an anti-clockwise twist.
sorry if you are scrotumless.

52 hours in a week? Shocked

What jobs do y'all have in real life where you can get away with that?

As others have mentioned before... Go be social or do something away from the computer for a bit.... This game is amazing and we all love to play it non stop but sometimes you need to give your brain a break.... EvE will be here when you get back from doing other stuff in the day Big smile.

As far as other stuff are you enjoying your time playing it? Do you have a good corp or alliance that you are social with? Try taking some small groups and doing a Null sec roam to go do some 6/10 plexes and such.

Anyhow, fly safe 07

Exactly.
Take a deep breath and get some rest. No need to burn out yourself. Try to have FUN in what you do.

take a break or a week, thats a lot of time to spend doing anything. go outside, have some fun, go drinking with friends, etc.

when you get back, you can try exploring again, see if the break has helped make it more interesting.
beyond that a lot of the recomendations depend on what skills you currently have, and what you are willing and interested in training into.

if all you can fly are small ships, fit out a bunch of them really cheeply and start wandering low-sec.
if your going big, you can train for battleships and run lvl 4's (they can make some reasonable isk)
or if you've got the isk to spare and the skills for it, jump into one of the public incursion communities for mad isk.
if you've been doing a lot of exploring, and can already fly covops. then your not far off from being able to fly a bomber. and there are public bomber fleets that happen fairly regularly.

or just take the bomber into WH's and use that exploration experience to hunt down other explorers.

Build ships you don't need, and try to do it yourselves as much as possible.

(incl, mining for the minerals, buying and researching bpo's then do invention to get T2 bpc's, stuff like that)

Tbh thats the fun part for me playing eve.

WARNING!!!

If u do this, i might be mining HUGE amounts of Veldspar, and i mean HUGE!!!

I hated veldspar for a LONGGGG time! Lol

Sounds very Korean, just dont end up being found dead face down on your keyboard. Maybe go outside for a while, clear your head first.
