Banished after taking omega 1 month (on other account)

Hello, i don't know if i am at the good place but i don't have any answers from the support, so i try ! First sorry for my english because i'm french.

I started the game 1 or 2 days ago, and yesterday I decided to take the 1 month Omega subscription, I did it and I was automatically disconnected from the game. When I reconnected It is indicated to me that I am banished ...

Now I can not connect to the eve site or forum, and i don't have any answers from the support since yesterday (i have done 3 tickets !)...

Can someone help me and give me some solutions to have any answers from eve support ?

Hi Alhia,

im afraid no one on the forums can help you regarding your issue. Since you already have a ticket or three open (one would have been enough) the support team will get back to you. Just be patient.

I'm trying to be patient but it's difficult when it happened at the moment that i have paid... And during this time i can't play... During weekend...

I can understand your frustration. But as i mentioned above, no one on the forums will be able to help or assist you on this matter. You need to wait for a reply to your ticket(s).
