My Corporation is in a period of stasis for the moment. As such, I am offering docking rights in the Citadel & Raitaru, 5% PI tax and the opportunity to take full advantage of the resources in system J105837 at your own risk, of course. Office rental and manufacturing/research is free, fuel to keep the Raitaru running is not.

It's a C1 system with 14 planets including 4 Lava. Very efficient for making Wetware Mainframes among other things. HiSec static allows easy access to K-Space, also. Would suit a small industrial corporation.

For more information you can EVE Mail me or join the in game channel "The Farm."

What does it mean that your system J105837 have static HIsec wormhole? Is there always at least one WH that leads into any HIsec system? Or it means that WH between HIsec and your system never collapses? I'm noob when it comes to WHs, so thanks for explanation in advance Cool

Highsec static means, it has at least one highsec exit wormhole at any time, though not to the same system of course.

I'm my own NPC alt.

For anyone thinking of taking up the offer please keep in mind that without asset safety if you get locked out of the citadel you're pretty much SOL. And after that if the owner unanchors the citadel all your stuff will drop as loot.

I'm not saying the owner doesn't have good intentions and I like the idea of more public wormhole efforts, just don't bring into a wormhole anything you're not willing to lose.

This is true.

I should have mentioned there are already tenants who have been operating out of this system for many months without issue, should one require references.

at least the sentence itself makes sense of some kind, i once had someone tell me:

"that's why so you so up the ladder"

almost a decade later and i still just cant even.

"Chaos isn't a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some, are given a chance to climb. They refuse, they cling to the realm or the gods or love. Illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is."

Also a "bump" for the Farm, sounds good to me, maybe I say hello some time.

Fresh bump.

We've had a tenant recently move out so I have a vacancy. EVE Mail Apex Bex if you're interested.
