Calculating Job Duration

I can't seem to figure out how to correctly compute job duration for manufacturing on my spreadsheet. Using an Ion Thruster blueprint as an example, the base build speed is 2:00 (2 min). On the manufacturing screen, my job duration modifiers show as Blueprint TE: -20%, Skills and Implants: -31.7%, and engineering complex bonus: -20%. The job duration that it predicts is 1:06. That's a 45% reduction. However, there's no permutation of the base time and modifiers that gets me a 1:06 build time that I can find. Every computational method I use has me significantly lower than that. Can anyone point me to the correct formula?

Just wanted to give this a bump. I've used this document for most of my other formulas, but I can't seem to make it work for job duration. Other 3rd party tools are making the proper calculations so I know I'm just missing something.

it could be that the "Skills and Implants" modifier is going of one of the other modifiers rather than just having everything added together, so it reads as -31.7% of 20% or 40% (quick math suggests it's most likely going off of a 20% value)

In case you still haven't figured out where is the mistake:

Ion Thruster BP base build speed is 0:02:30. BP shows 0:02:00 because TE was already applied.
So 120 sec * 0.693 * 0.8 = 66.5 sec.

No, I hadn't figured that out. I pulled the build speed off of the item description in-game. It never occurred to me that it would apply the TE outside of the manufacturing tab. I can't believe I didn't think to confirm the data out of game. Seems pretty obvious now.

Much thanks!
