2.) instead of screaming angrily form your thoughts, title, and questions in a civil manner and peeps might not troll you.

3.) Answer to your question: Press ESC in game, find the settings for tooltips, and move the bar to the right for longer delays.

My responses are limited, you must ask the right question.

Follow their instructions and finish the tutorial or alternatively Turn off the tutorial, ask in newbie help how to do that.

I must also take this opportunity to remind you that popups are good, popups are life. You won't last long in eve if you don't take the time to read popups.

People don't take all caps seriously because they just take it as a sign that your a tool and not worth their time. Get good, HTFU, Stop with the ALL CAPS.

I actually think he is talking about the tutorial. He liked my post where i told him how to get rid of them by following their instructions or to exit the tutorial, and told him to ask in rookie help how to do that. So I think I answered his question. But I also gave him the answer I gave him in his last thread so him hating that one last time and liking it now makes me think my aim was true.

Seriously though he needs to start using honey to attract the flies instead of RAID. Roll
