The skill queue, warp to zero and tiericides are certainly good features, but they were already there when I started play, at the end of May, 2016, so they don't impress me much. For me, the 3 best are:

1.reoccuring opportunities (10k SP per 22 hours by killing a rat): This was introduced just a few days before I started playing. Though it didn't last long, but it surely gave me a fair amount of SP to train some vital skills fast.
2.the Shadow of Serpentis: This event took place in the summer of 2016, and it was the first event I experienced. It brought me much fun and some good isk (sold the last gold can for 2 bil Big smile). And unlike the following events, this event somehow encouraged fleeting and cooperating instead of soloing or stealing (though thieves and opportunists still existed).
3.ghost fitting

Unlimited skill queue

Tiericide and generally making the "lower tier" ships playable

Multi-sell / buy all buttons (seriously, fitting a T3 cruiser in Jita was a PITA)

Breaking news: Donald Trump bans EVE and expels all players from the USA due to their obvious connection with ISIS.

1. Warp to zero. People who never had to deal with a minimum "warp to" distance simply have no idea how annoying this was.

2. Skill queues. The struggle to line up skill train end times with your time online was horrible.

3. Removing learning skills. These were a meaningless time sink that did nothing but add to the training curve and slow newer players down.

Honorable mention: Removing clone states. Not the current ones, the original ones where you had to pay to upgrade your clone in order to not lose skill points when you got podded. These did nothing but serve as an ISK sink for high-SP players.

Honorable mention: Removing AoE Doomsdays. You know, the ones that could easily kill entire fleets of tanked battleships in one shot? Talk about breaking the whole risk v reward equation. Getting rid of those was huge to nullsec warfare.

I seem to recall prior to Apocrypha we had a skill queue. But it was limited to 24 hours, or anything you could start within the first 24 hours. New skill queue is pretty much right up there on my list.

I wasn't playing prior to Quantum Rise. But I can imagine warp to zero being a pretty huge QOL improvement.

I'm going to lump Multi-Fit and Buy-All together. I spend a lot of time on SiSi for Alliance Tournament practices. Anything that reduces the work load of fitting and handing out ships is a huge QOL improvement. We used to have to log in at least an hour prior and fit up specific ships one-at-a-time after buying huge stacks of items. Now its two presses of a button and whammo instant fleet.
