Redeem plex to destroyed citadel

I bought a PLEX in a citadel 1 jump away from JITA and return it to "redeem item" long time ago.
Now, i just try to redeem the PLEX again to subscript my account.
It just pop up the citadel was destroyed and i cannot find my PLEX anywhere.
Not in the "redeem item". Not in the Safety. Nowhere in the New Eden.
WTF?!

You need to file a bug report and a support ticket. The support ticket to locate the PLEX and the Bug report so CCP can figure out what happened. Be sure to include as much information as possible including the original Citadels name and location.

Well, i already sent both report 3 days ago.

Bug report told me they cannot access my billing stuff and just closed my report. lol

The ticket tell me he found me the plex which i redeemed in over 40 jump away from jita which is another transaction. So, I am still waiting their reply.

I just checked my old ticket filed in Dec 2016 about the lost plex. Again, it was the same problem, redeem plex to a destroyed citadel.

Please fix this bug or just tell me what i should do to not bother the GM and redeem the plex from the destroyed citadel?
