[WTA] C4 Wormhole (Black Hole) with static C4

Black Hole Effect:

Locking Range -34%
Turret Fallof -34%
Missile Velocity -34%
Drone Control Range -34%
Ship Velocity +68%
Agility +68%


Planets:

x2 Barren
x1 Storm
x1 Temperate
x1 Lava
x3 Gas


One dead tower with a few turrets/warp scrams still there. Hole is pretty empty at the moment, which makes it nice and easy to scan. 3rd Party transfer at buyers expense if required.
