Max DPS on frigate on alpha

I wonder how can I get max damage per second on frigate. Skills not very high lets just say alpha clone.
Navy frigate is somewhat oki, but typical T1 frigate preferred.
Nation does not matter. Lets say its PvE, mods like web etc. not necessary. If range is good speed boosters not necessary too.

Thanks for ideas and builds.

I am now I do not get even sth like 70 with my builds so even such posts are welcome and useful for me.

idk about frigate but if you want max dps go catalyst
on alpha clone... whatever has the best turret slots and bonuses?

sorry m8, i have no idea which frig is better etc...

i start considering ships from cruiser onwards...

other ships may be omen/maller

besides i suggest you to join a corp where there are people that can teach you, how to fit a ship, what skills to train etc.
just some names of big corps out there that accept newbies:

dreddit (Test Alliance),
karmafleet (Goonswarm),
Pandemic Horde (alliance, no idea which corp, just ask around and someone will tell you where to apply),
Brave Collective (same as for Pandemic Horde)

etc

play the game with people! that way you'll learn a lot more faster and will enjoy it :)

Well if you just want DPS the Fed navy Comet is pretty good.

Fill the remaining slots with whatever suits you requirements
