Would pinch dem cheeks. Like how the tattoos and all work together, all in all well balanced. I think I hate that hairstyle (I mean, it is a ***** to pose in a non-stupid looking way), but you made it work here. Solid 9/10.

An Iron man armor? Always wanted one. Looks like the helmet failed an the subject lost an eye. The rugged aspect is interesting.

The lighting is nice, and she is pretty, but she is plain with no expression at all in her eyes.

6/10, would rate higher if she had more personality.

Definitely looks like the kind of evil gentleman that cuts me a ridiculously tiny paycheck before blowing up my venture for having a complaint with upper management.

Jokes aside, I want to set you between Dr. Evil and a battle-worn junior officer. The eye cybernetics and the scar lining up with it is a nice touch, and the lower face cybernetics are a subtle touch as well - Not really visible from the portrait unless someone opens a larger version. Shadow over the eye and that grin, and boom, you got yourself a textbook movie sociopath villain!

The only thing throwing me off a bit is the background and the facial coloration of your lower mouth and jaw. It looks as if you spent too much time in a tanning booth while wearing a half-mask. The background seems a bit off for a figure of Authority - rather dark and dirty compared to your character's clean-cut appearance.

Overall, 9/10. My complaints were just nit-picky.

Design's good. Expression's better than most; and while I personally think you're showing far too much torso for the interest your face holds, you've got a good grasp of proper framing and the background trick is pulled off better than most.

But the lighting. Oh, Maker, the lighting. You make that perfectly good skin look like plastic. Or wax. Or both. And that gorgeous armor? No depth to it at all. Besides, the grey on grey is already questionable, and the utter lack of color or contrast makes it even worse. Even the saturation in what could be healthy skin color is gone. Your avatar is so uncomfortable to look at right now.

Try different lights. Try different angles. Anything's got to be better.

7/10, better grasp of the mechanics than most, but painfully executed.

EDIT: bumped it from 6 to 7 upon review because of the glow on the back cheek. That's not bad. I would try toning down the gloss of the lips? It gives it a shine that could work well normally, but the whole effect is to make the lighting look much worse at first impression than, perhaps, it appears upon closer review.
