This beautiful factory is located in a quiet system in between Jita and Amarr in The Citadel. Flying to Jita is a piece of cake with only 4 jumps and to Amarr it's just 7 jumps.

It's used to build fighters and structures and it's properly rigged for that with a T2 material efficiency rig and a T1 manufacturing speed rig. For the fighters a T1 material efficiency rig is fitted.

Because the system is so pieceful no defense mods are fitted.
I'm willing to include a Manu Plant and Research Lab and a bit of fuel.

System cost index varies but right now it's:
Manu: 1.88%
Copy: 1.99%
ME: 1.86%
TE: 1.88%
