all 4 races frigate 5 , interceptor skill at lev 4 , covert ops at lev 4 , electronic attack ships lev 2 , covert ops cloaking
all 4 races destroyers 5 , + interdictors skill already on 4 ( can use the interdiction sphere launcher , so is more then ready )
t3 strategic cruiser galente and minmatar + subsystems maxed
heavy assault cruisers skill on 3 , so flys all the races
all 4 races battlecruiser 5
24 days for commandships all 4 races same time
4 races bs lev 1 inside

has all 4 races tactical destroyer skills

no killrights , can come in any high system with his security rate
