D scan window broke?

using the default key V normally bring up the D-Scan window.

all i hear is an odd sound and nothing else.
anyone else experiencing this problem?

The new scanning windows are a garbage fire in general. Wouldn't surprise me if the key commands were broke too.

The hot-key is broken. I'm not supposed to tell you this - you're just supposed to find it in the official feedback thread. Somewhere... I'm also not supposed to tell you that there's a way to uncouple the new System Map or turn the submarine sound down (scroll down a few posts for my thread on that while it's still available). I'm also not supposed to suggest that it would be beneficial to actually let players discuss specific feedback aspects in the General Discussion area, because heaven forbid that's where most players are looking right now.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

found the offending problem -- they changed the hotkeys - added or redirected the command to CTRL D
there is alot of new hotkey tabs , the settings are between 2 separate tabs , i had to redirect the *new command ( CTRL D) to another key - then Re assign the V key back to its original command to bring the D scan window up.
Booyah! now it works like it used to! o7.

In my country, we have a saying - "If it isn't broke....don't fix it."

Our federal government has a saying - "If it isn't broke....fix it until it is."

Either CCP is running our federal government, or..... our federal government is running CCP.

I don't know which alarms me more.
