You need to include (a lot) more info. What would you like to try doing? What area would you like to live in? What size would you like the new corp / alliance to be? What other games have you played? What are your usual play times and hours? etc...

Anyway TLDR : There are loads of corps that do everything, mostly very badly. Have a think what you want to do then narrow your search to avoid as much BS as possible Pirate

If you end up in a corp that isn't everything you thought it would be, don't feel obliged to stay just cus they accepted you. Ditch them and keep looking to avoid wasted time / energy.

EVE University would be a good start when you don't yet know what to do.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.
