Don't really know what else to say.

Corp logos seem medieval and old.

Having been playing this game for years corp logos increasingly seem to be more and more similar.
I don't think this is a feature or update that would take to long for the art team.
I'd just like to see more customization and a modern look with the corp logos.

Agreed.
Corp logos were outdated 10 years ago and they should have been updated with (then) new portrait mode.
They all look the same and they're all pretty bad.

Give call of duty all the hate you want but the emblem maker was pretty great for making some stuff.
They could keep some of the options we have, add in New shapes and objects, but give people the ability to go in and flip and move things around, layer and combine them and offer different shadow angles and metal textures.
Assuming they want to keep a creator for it in the game or alternatively like the above says just let people upload their own like the alliance logos but with less red tape.

I agree that there is a need for more shapes and color options to allow more freedom and creativity in the corp logo creation process.

However, the reason why most corp logos look bad is because people do not care about them. There are some corps, which have come up with quite impressive logos under the current restrictions, among others Polarized or Coreli Corp.

Allowing people to upload their own logo designs is just going to cause unnecessary issue like licensing questions that we don't need with something as common as corp logos.
