I paid 70m isk yesterday for the premium subscription and still my subscription hasn't been updated

Now I cannot access Eve-Spreadsheet as my trial has ran out

Please can you sort this as soon as possible

Site is up and running on his new server !

I didn't add a lot of news features, i worked on stability of the code to improve performance.

But even if there is not a lot of features, there is still some news to share.


Some change in subscription :
- Basic plan is now free.
- Premium plan remain the same but price is lowered to 50M/Month

Feature :
- You can now filter on the search results. You can also filter using meta type (T1, T2, faction/officier/deadspace/etc)

Know issue:
- The new filter zone can cause some weird thing when there is not a lot of result to display

This is probably a stupid question, so I apologize in advance.

I can't figure out the perspective relating to buy and sell prices. I'm used to looking at a buy price as a buy order (an order issued by someone else that you can fill by selling to them). So I see the "buy price" being the price I can sell at.

I think your spreadsheet works the other way around, (with a "buy price" actually being the price that I could buy the item at, or in other words it's the value of an existing sell order), but I was hoping you could confirm.

As an example, I looked up Panthers in Jita and Dodixie. Jita was set as the "sell order" and Dodixie was set as the "buy order". The following information was returned.

Buy Price: 864,000,000
Sell Price: 700,000,000
Profit: -220,600,000

I also don't understand how profit is calculated, as profit is generally the difference in prices, so regardless of my question above, I would expect the profit to be + or - 164,000,000. Granted, there are fees involved with trading, but 220,600,000 is around 34% higher than 164,000,000. I'm used to trading fees being around 5%, or 8% max (if issuing "buy orders" instead of filling "sell orders"). Where does 34% come from?


Oh, and lastly (and I probably should have mentioned this first), thanks for taking the time to put this together. It seems like a very useful tool and I think it's awesome you're sharing it with the community. Thanks!!!

There is no stupid question don't worry :)
You are correct. Buy price is the price you will buy the item and sell price is the price you will sell the item.
You change which type (buy order or sell order) is used during your search with filter.

For station trading you will mostly use buy order as buy price and sell order as sell price.
But for region trading for example, you may want to switch that and use sell order as buy price and buy order as sell price.

It's just and indication for you to know the price you will pay to buy or sell an item on the market.



For the second part. Taxes are calculated with a simple formula :
profit = (sell price - (broker + sale taxe)) - (buy price + broker)

Broker and sale taxe are calculated using your skills and standing so you should see same number ingame or in the tool

I'll run some test to see if the number you gave is correct or not. I will let you know once i have more information

Gave it a try to see how useful it is, came away pretty disappointed. UI's counter-intuitive when trying to go down group chains, searches seem pretty slow, and to top it off, it's impossible to set your sell choice to, you know, actually USE sell orders. Needless to say, I revoked the api key and walked away from it. Personally would not recommend.

I agree that the UI isn't the best. What can be used to navigate through group ?

Yes search can take sometime at first, it's needed to build the cache. After that it's much faster as the server will update this cache by itself.

Fixed an issue that cause the buy/sell order switch to reset when searching items.

You might encounter an error when trying to load some categories like boosters or some skillbooks. I'm working on it.

Have upgraded to premium by donating within eve yet my account is still as basic. Used the application ticket system but no luck.
