Hi All,

My Attributes -

1 Perception 27
2 Memory 23
3 Willpower 23
4 Intell 27
5 Charisma 22

I am now hitting 20 day skills, If I add +4 Augmentations to Memory and Willpower would they become 27?

I'm fairly sure I had problems before when tried. But my own memory is all but fried.

Thanks

I have and use Evemon every day,

No where can I find if I add +4 to my 23 Memory Attrribute it will become 27. Is all I want to know. As said originally.

As also mentioned For perfectly good reasons My actual Memory is Crap. which is why I attempt to play this Game,
and also try not to bother people.

Thanks

no worries man.
i'm happy to help you, you're not bothering anyone.

evemon use:

open it / select your character / plans (menu bar) / new plan
name the plan and set the skills you are training etc

now there is an undermenu: "choose implant set"
usually it's on active clone.
open scroll menu and choose your implant set (+4 set in this case)
check the differences in the SP/Hour column as well as the total time in the lowest part of the window.

p.s. if you don't have a set +4 ready: go back to main window of your character
tools (menu bar) / Implant Groups
and create your own +4 implants set /save it and then use it in the plans menu as said above

GGWP m8!
hope that the instructions are easy Lol it took me a while to figure out all these things myself Cool

Thanks very much, In my head I thought I tried this and tried to +2 the Attributes to the max of 27 but it took the last modified away and replaced it with my +2..??

its hell to describe such a small thing, but I have been searching Attributes since 0800 and never seen exactly what adding attributes actually does. i.e. whether it actually removed the previous + whatever.

As I have done 45+ L3 Missions and looted every thing I have enough Loyal Pts. etc.

Thanks

"Adding attributes" means plugging in an implant. You can only have one implant in each slot, so if you have +2 implants and you want to plug in +3, you must first destroy the +2 ones.

Elana You are absolutely correct and Thanks,

I have just purchased a +3 Implant Willpower and as you say the only option is to pull the original Willpower out.

I cannot believe I had to buy an Implant first to find out I could not use it.

No where, Eve University or Google or CCP Forums could I find any mention of it.

Ah well, a nicely wasted day and a couple of Mil gone - woah is me-lol

Errr...

Quote:
Upgrading a set of implants can be an expensive decision because it destroys the old set.

Took about a minute to find that.

And the money isn't wasted, sell the implant that you're not going to use on the market

You can also create 'clones' with the skill 'Infomorph Psychology'
This will allow you to install better implants in the new clone, without destroying the old implants.
Then the clones in different locations will allow you to jump around the universe a bit, if needed.
