Is it still possible to do Caldari L4 FW missions with a SB?

I'm thinking about joining Calmil, so I'm curious about the FW L4's. I've done Mordu's L4's in my Tengu before but from what I've heard you can do the FW ones with SB because you've just got to kill a single commander or structure. Is this still true?

~250km lock range (assuming I'll get damped hard), ~766m/s, ~80km launch range, and ~250 dps (obviously I'll have awful damage application).

Also, I've had a few people recommend the Jackdaw, thoughts (or fits) on that?

I don't know about the FW sites or what ships are allowed / needed to complete them.

Have you done a Google search on the topic ?
